Time and associated costs can be entered into the system as either a period of time or a number of work units, the length of which can be defined in the setup of the software.

Fixed cost items can also be entered, including disbursements, and can be added quickly from a list of user defined cost templates.

Extensive reporting options enable Time & Costs to be reported by Client, Entity and Employee.

Additional Reporting options for Managers and Supervisors enable them to monitor recorded time and associated costs, together with chargeable time and associated costs by Client, Entity and Employee.
