
The system monitors CDD Review Dates and ensures that the user responsible receives an Alert when CDD Reviews become due.
Default CDD Requirements can be specified in the system setup for Clients, Individuals and Contacts and also for each Entity Type. These requirements can then be managed for each record in the system
Risk Levels can be specified for Individuals and Entities, together with a Risk Review Date and User Responsible. The system then ensures that the correct user is alerted to all Risk Reviews as they become due.
Also included are fields for Source of Wealth, Source of Funds and Background Notes, Politically Exposed Individuals, Expected Turnover, Structure and Geographical Areas of Activity.
Entity and Individual data can then be reported and exported based by Risk Level, Risk Review Dates and various other factors.
