Document Integration

Auxilium Reverto enables documents relating to each Client, Entity, Individual and Contact to be integrated into the system and to be displayed within the details screens for each record.

Familiar Windows Explorer style folder and file lists allow any file type to be copied, moved and deleted and also opened directly from within the system.

Correspondence Production

Correspondence & Documentation Production provides the ability to create Correspondence Templates for Clients, Entities, Individuals and Contacts.

Templates are created using a familiar text editor which provides the usual font and formatting options and the data fields are then dropped from a list into the template, as required.

Once a Template has been created it can then be used to generate correspondence, forms and other documents in a matter of moments, to single or multiple recipients.

A letterhead and footer can also be included on the generated correspondence, if required.
