The future development of our software products is very much driven by the requirements of our clients and Auxilium Patronas is no exception. We are always open to feedback and requests for additional functionality and, where possible, will endeavour to enhance the system accordingly.
A number of additional enhancements are already planned for the future and these include:-
Improved Email Integration - An add in for Microsoft Outlook is planned which will provide streamlined email integration with Auxilium Patronas.
Workflow Processing and Management - A new workflow processing module is planned which will enable users to create a Workflow Template for a recurring business process.. An example of this would be the steps required to open a bank account. Once created the workflow template can then be selected and added to a Matter or Client whenever it's required. This will then enable the various individual tasks involved to be completed and Alerts to particular users will be generated at predefined points throughout the process.
Licensed users of Auxilium Patronas will receive software updates including the new functionality at no additional cost.
